Like you, we are very excited about reopening our doors again. With some restrictions already lifted, we believe that we will be getting the green light soon!

What we have been working
on at the Brockville MediSpa
since we closed due to COVID:

Brockville MediSpa has not been idle and has been growing in many ways! We added several virtual services. Many of you are already using our eBoutiques with curbside pickup for skin care and to order gift cards. eConsults is offered both to new and existing patients and we replaced our monthly Lunch and Learns with virtual webinars.

Dr. Steyn completed the third part of her Diploma in Dermatology and spend many, many hours in online training to hone her injecting skills with Dr. De Maio. Nurse Vicki is back in the office, catching up on webinars learning new procedures, and is now also offering skin consults virtually.

  • We compiled a written document outlining our process for welcoming you
    safely back into our office, from creating the “virtual waiting room” to booking
    your follow-up appointment. You can read more here.
  • We compiled our waiting list according to when appointments were cancelled,
    and will be ready to contact everyone as soon as we have a date for
    reopening.
  • The office is receiving a “Deep Clean” and rooms are reorganized to make it
    more “COVID unfriendly”.
  • We installed a “sneeze guard” at the front desk to ensure safety at check-in
    and check out.

We will be contacting our patients on our waiting list in order of cancellation.

  • Existing patients with cancellations: You will automatically re rescheduled.
    You will be contacted privately by one of our staff members as soon as we
    have the green light to reopen.
  • Existing patients that need a review consultation: Please request a
    consultation by clicking here or contact Erin directly by phone, email or text.
  • New Patients: Please go online and book yourself for a free virtual
    consultation as they will be mandatory before we can put you on the waiting list. As soon as you do your virtual consultation, we can book your appointment.
