ARE YOU WONDERING HOW SAFE IT WILL BE FOR YOU TO GET YOUR PROCEDURES DONE AT THE BROCKVILLE MEDISPA DURING COVID-19? HOW WILL THINGS BE DIFFERENT GOING FORWARD?
WILL IT BE SAFE TO VISIT THE BROCKVILLE MEDISPA?
As a medical office, we already have very robust infection control protocols in place that is meant to combat a myriad of infectious diseases. Given the nature of COVID-19, we’ve implemented several additions to these protocols to better protect both ourselves and our patients. We adopted, and are strictly following the Canadian COVID-19 Consensus Guidelines for Cosmetic Medical Practices (published on May 5th, 2020) as well as the guidelines of the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT WHEN THE MEDISPA REOPEN?
Social distancing is impacting significantly how we can safely interact with our patients. Several changes are being made to respect social distancing, while still providing you with the level of service you are accustomed too. Consultations and follow-up appointments will be done virtually, with in office appointments reserved for procedures only. Read below the important changes that you should be aware of.

- eConsults can never replace an in-person assessment, but our patients that had virtual consults tell us that they loved it and that it was as personal as the in office meeting.
- Do not worry if you are not “tech savvy” We will walk you through the process.
