How does it work?
TriBella combines the following three modalities to rejuvenate skin:
IPL PHOTOREJUVENATION
TriBella emits broad spectrum intense pulsed light (IPL) to remove sun damage and resolve pigment. It precisely targets and vaporizes red (vascular/hemoglobin) and brown (melanin) lesions to improve skin tone and texture for a smoother, more even-looking complexion.
ANTI-AGING
TriBella combines two anti-aging energies – multipolar radiofrequency and magnetic fields – to generate heat under the skin for the purpose of tightening and rejuvenation. Therapeutic heat improves blood flow and boosts the production of collagen and elastin. Skin looks tighter, smoother and more youthful.
NON-ABLATIVE SKIN RESURFACING
TriBella targets the deeper layers of skin using tiny electrode pins that deploy RF energy at the same time. The process creates micro-injuries in the epidermis that stimulate healing and the production of collagen and elastin at the deeper dermal layers. This resurfacing procedure improves texture, thickness, firmness and gives the complexion an overall healthy appearance.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Most patients will require between 4-5 treatments to see noticeable results. The exact number will depend on each individual person and the area being treated.
How Often Should I Have the Treatments Done?
We recommend have the TriBella procedure done every three weeks.
I Have Darker Skin. Can I Still Have TriBella?
Patients with all skin types can benefit from TriBella. Since this treatment involves intense pulsed light energy there’s a chance of hyperpigmentation for darker complexions. For this reason we recommend booking a thorough assessment with our clinic to determine if TriBella is suitable for your skin type.
Does the Treatment Hurt?
No, TriBella is a very comfortable procedure with minimal pain and down time. For your comfort, a cooling device and topical anesthetic may be used.
Are TriBella Results Permanent?
Once you have achieve a certain level of skin rejuvenation, those results are permanent. Keep in mind that maintaing those results will depend on a number of genetic, lifestyle and skincare factors. To prolong your results, we recommend using a full-spectrum sunblock with medical-grade anti-aging skincare products.
Can I Apply Makeup After Treatment?
We recommend letting your skin breath after treatment; however, if you need to return to work or other public activities, yes, you can apply gentle makeup on your skin.
TriBella Recovery
No downtime is required after the procedure. You can return to your regular activities immediately. You may experience some redness after the procedure that can easily be covered up with mineral powder that will also provide you with sun protection.Broad spectrum sun protection with at least a SPF of 30 is recommended for daily use during and after treatments.
TriBella Safety and Risks
TriBella is safe and effective for many conditions and skin types. We recommend discontinuing Retinoids and other Vitamin A products before and during treatments.
